This High-end CB/HAM radio (Ranger AR-3500) is currently for sale on E-Bay.  It features 30 (!!) watt output AM, 120 Watt (peak) SSB, 5-Tone Roger beep (customizeable), 2-control Echo Unit (you can adjust the number of echos, as well as how closely spaced the echos are), Split Channel operation (if selected), Clarifier.

This unit's operation Frequency range is from 26.0000--->29.9999 Mhz (If ya want to nit-pick, I think it can actually go to 30.0004 Mhz using the Clarifier).  CB channels are 26.965 Mhz (Channel 1) to 27.405 Mhz (Channel 40). 

With this unit, you can actually access the "secret" channels in the CB band, and talk to anyone else with a High-End unit.  This is especially useful if you want to go for "Skip" signals, as these have the least interference.  However, not many other people have the equipment or know of these "secret" channels.

Make sure you have the appropriate Ham/CB license if you wish to use all the extra channels/Frequencies.  I'm not sure, but I think you need a Ham radio license to legally use this unit if you're going to run it at stock 30Watt AM output (compared to 4 watts on other units?)  Also make sure your antenna is properly matched to the frequencies that you plan on using.  This unit will use up to 25Amps of power max, and has triple-fuse protected leads.

The microphone has two buttons on top for adjusting the frequncies with the microphone, but these are not working (loose microphone wire?)  You can adjust the frequncies using the buttons on the front (like you do on most other units)
